Watches

Any watch purchased at Montalvo Jewelers carries a free extended two-year warranty in accordance with manufacture’s specifications. Our watches also carry a standard lifetime battery replacement warranty. Anytime you exhaust the energy on your battery, simply bring in your watch and receipt, and we will replace it free of charge. Shipping charges not included.

Precious Metals / Craftsmanship

Our precious metals, minerals and gems have a free lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defect. Each item has been individually crafted with finest of materials to demanding quality standards. It has also been designed to exacting manufacturing specifications and is warranted against imperfections in design and craftsmanship. Except from normal wear, we will repair or replace your item if there is a problem, at our option.

Diamonds

Every diamond has been carefully and individually inspected for specific quality standards of cut, color and clarity. In multiple diamond pieces, each stone is precisely graded and matched to each other. Montalvo Jewelers will warranty any diamond lost from its setting due to manufactures defect. A documented six-month inspection is required for warranty to be valid. We will only accept trade-ins on diamonds centers purchased at M&R Jewelers.

Return Policy

Exchange for merchandise only within 30 days. All merchandise must be accompanied by receipt and must be in original condition and packaging. Cancelled layaways are subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Credit will be assessed and must be used within 30 days of cancellation.
